I joined the Quest Leaders Executive (QLE) MBA Programme in October 2025 at the point where we were setting up the Lai Labode Foundation, a venture focused on building an Aso Oke Factory in Abeokuta, Ogun State aimed at empowering young people living in Ogun State with the skills of weaving the hand woven fabric called Aso Oke. The factory is positioning itself to become the largest manufacturer of Aso Oke in Africa. So far, the programme, which is anchored on the novel Roxbourg Methodology, has been very impactful and has helped me streamline operations while scaling up at the same time. I encourage all leaders who are seeking to establish or accelerate their ventures to join the QLE MBA Programme.
