Thanks to The Quest Centre for its impactful programmes. I joined the Quest Leadership Academy through the Quest Young Leaders Programme - Cohort 1. The sessions during the 10-week Young Leaders Programme inclusive of sessions on ethics, digital optimization, community impact, entrepreneurship development skills were all very impactful. I am truly thankful for the opportunity and have applied the knowledge learned during the programme to improve myself both personally and professionally at my workplace - Marshal International Contractors Ltd (MICL). I am also excited to share that I have now transitioned to the Quest Leaders Executive MBA (QLEM) Programme during the October 2025 admission session and excited about the journey so far in accelerating my start-up venture (Tuchirku Referral Logistics) through the QLEM programme.

The Quest Young Leaders Programme was a transformative experience for me. I joined the Quest Leaders Executive (QLE) MBA Programme in October 2025 at the point where we were setting up the Lai Labode Foundation, a venture focused on building an Aso Oke Factory in Abeokuta, Ogun State aimed at empowering young people living in Ogun State with the skills of weaving the hand woven fabric called Aso Oke. The factory is positioning itself to become the largest manufacturer of Aso Oke in Africa. So far, the programme, which is anchored on the novel Roxbourg Methodology, has been very impactful and has helped me streamline operations while scaling up at the same time. I encourage all leaders who are seeking to establish or accelerate their ventures to join the QLE MBA Programme.
