The 6-week intensive Quest Idea2Plan Founders (QIF) programme bridges the gap between vision and venture blueprint. In today’s dynamic economy, vision, governance, and market viability are no longer separate steps—they form a unified toolkit for founders' success. We prepare leaders—from emerging founders to to pre-retirees and senior executives—to navigate complex markets by building scalable, investment-ready business blueprint that address pressing needs. The programme is delivered via two (2) tracks: Track 1 (18-29 years); Track 2 (30 years & above). The tracks guide peer mentorship groups placement and transition. Track 2 participants are eligible for transition to the Quest Leaders Executive MBA Programme powered by the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship, Switzerland.

Your 6 - Week Journey

Transform from concept to investor-ready blueprint through our structured programme

Week 1-2

Foundation & Market Validation

Refine your core business concept, define your target persona, and validate problem-solution fit. Conduct market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM), competitor matrix mapping, and positioning strategy to establish a defensible competitive moat.

Week 3-4

Operations & Go-To-Market Strategy

Map out compliant legal structures, governance frameworks, and operational workflows on paper. Develop your pricing model, distribution channels, customer acquisition cost (CAC) estimations, and sales funnels.

Week 5

Financial Modeling & Capital Readiness

Demystify unit economics, startup capital requirements, revenue forecasting, cost structures, and breakeven analysis to build a robust 3-year P&L projection spreadsheet.

Week 6

Final Pitch & Venture Blueprint

Write a compelling Executive Summary, compile all core sections into a complete venture blueprint, assemble appendixes, and craft final pitch. Complete the programme with a ready-to-submit, investor-ready venture blueprint.

Programme Schedule

  • Cohort 1: March – May
  • Cohort 2: July – August
  • Cohort 3: November – December
  • Duration: 6 Weeks
  • Format: Virtual Sessions
  • Fee: Program Fee: ₦60,000.00. Full (100%) scholarships are available for participants enrolling in the first phase (Week 1 -3) of the programme. Particpants progressing to second phase of programme would be required to pay balance fee of ₦30,000.00.
  • The programme fee includes: • Live Masterclasses • Practical workshops and group activities • Learning materials and resources

Graduation Requirements

  • Active participation in peer mentorship group activities
  • Minimum 80% attendance throughout the programme
  • Score at least 80% on assessment test
  • Complete all assignments and practical workshops
  • Engage fully in learning materials and resources
