To celebrate the successful completion of the 10-week Quest Leadership Programme for Young Leaders aged 18–35 years which ran virtually from March 22 to May 24, 2025, a physical graduation hangout was held on June 8, 2025. The purpose of the get-together was to promote team bonding and networking after the programme's conclusion.
The get-together included a session on “Mindset Shift for Growth & Effectiveness” taken by Coach Maryann Oghenerukevwe Smatt-Oni. In addition to the session, there were various activities such as quick assessments (curriculum based), games, puzzles and testimonials sharing to celebrate the successful completion of cohort 1. The virtual participants also joined the games and other graduation activities.
