Hamza Ibechone Abdulai is an agricultural consultant, researcher, and climate-smart farmer with over six years of experience in agro-allied project consultancy, farm management, and data-driven agricultural solutions. He holds a master’s degree in Agriculture for Sustainable Development from the University of Greenwich, a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Administration from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, and a professional diploma in Data Analytics from Baze University, Abuja.

Hamza's research interests span sustainable bioeconomy, precision agriculture, agriculture supply chain analysis, and sustainable development. His academic and field research includes climate policy evaluation in Southeast Asia’s oil palm sector, recruitment and promotion dynamics in agricultural extension services, and studies on modern cooling technologies for tomato farmers in Nigeria.

Professionally, he currently serves as a Senior Technical Assistant and Data Analyst at the Centre for Policy, Research and Development Solutions under the Northern Lights Project, Farm Manager at Tahara Farms Enterprise, and Agricultural Consultant with Synergos Development Innovation on the State Partnership for Agriculture project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He also has teaching experience as an IELTS instructor and secondary school agriculture teacher.

He is certified in project management, data science, and agricultural sustainability, with practical training in renewable energy and biogas from Songhai Farms, Benin Republic. He brings strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and SPSS into any organisation.

Hamza is passionate for sustainable agriculture and innovation and continues to bridge the gap between research, policy, and practice in building resilient systems.
