With over two decades of progressive experience in the Nigerian oil and gas sector, he has a proven track record of managing complex operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business growth.

Adejoh's career journey began with foundational training at the Petroleum Training Institute, earning HND and ND in Petroleum Marketing Technology and Business Studies. This was followed by extensive experience as a Business Manager and Principal Inspector with the Weight and Measures Department, where he was responsible for negotiating crude oil export sales and ensuring strict adherence to industry standards. His expertise expanded as a Manager of Operations at Minnerva Engineering & Associates Consult Ltd/ PrimeGem Ltd, where he provided strategic leadership, managed key client relationships, and successfully identified and closed new business opportunities within the competitive Oil & Gas market.

In a proactive effort to adapt to the evolving digital landscape, Adejoh recently completed a Professional Diploma in Data Analytics from Baze University Abuja. This academic pursuit, along with certifications in Data Science and Presenting Data, has equipped him with a powerful skill set in data visualization and analysis using tools like Excel and Power BI. He has applied these new skills as a Data Analyst Associate and a Data Analyst Intern, and currently as a Volunteer Instructor, leveraging his operational knowledge to derive valuable insights from data.
